Terms of sale and use

1. Purpose

The website is an online shop selling products to customers living in Algeria, with delivery to all 69 wilayas. The seller is [to be completed : company name], an e-supplier within the meaning of Law No. 18-05 of 10 May 2018 on electronic commerce.

2. Acceptance and changes

The terms that apply to an order are those in force on the day you confirm it. We may change them to reflect changes in the service or the law; the date of the last update is shown at the top of this page.

3. Customer account

You can create an account with a phone number (verified with a code sent by SMS or WhatsApp), an email address and a password, or your Google account. You must be an adult and give accurate information, in particular your delivery address.

• An account is personal; you are responsible for how it is used.
• Never share your sign-in code: we will never ask you for it.
• You can close your account at any time (see Delete my account).

4. Products

Each product page shows the product’s main features, its price and its availability. Photos are as accurate as possible but are not contractual. Offers are valid while stocks last.

5. Prices

Prices are shown in Algerian dinars (DZD), all taxes included. Delivery charges, which depend on the wilaya and the delivery method, are shown before you confirm the order. The price charged is the one shown when you order.

6. Ordering

To order, you add products to the basket, enter the delivery address, choose the delivery and payment methods, then confirm after checking the summary (products, quantities, prices, charges, total). Confirming means you accept the order and these terms.

A confirmation is sent to you by email or SMS with the order number. You can follow its status in your account. We may refuse or cancel an order if a product is out of stock, a price is obviously wrong, the address is incomplete or fraud is suspected; if you have already paid, you are then refunded in full.

7. Payment

The available payment methods are shown when you order:

• CIB or Edahabia card, on the secure page of our payment provider (Chargily Pay or SATIM);
• cash on delivery, where offered for your wilaya.

Your card details are entered with the payment provider: we never see or keep them. An order paid by card is prepared only once the payment is confirmed.

8. Delivery

We deliver to the address you give, by carrier or to a pick-up point depending on the options offered. The estimated time is shown before you confirm the order; it runs from the payment confirmation, or from the order for cash on delivery.

On receipt, check the parcel in front of the courier and note any problem (damaged parcel, missing product). If delivery is seriously late, contact us: if the product is not delivered, the order can be cancelled and the amount paid refunded.

9. Non-conforming or faulty product

Under Article 23 of Law No. 18-05, if the product delivered does not match your order or is faulty, you may send it back to us within a maximum of four (4) working days of delivery, in its original packaging, telling us why. We then offer you, at our expense, a new conforming delivery, repair or exchange of the product, or cancellation of the order and a refund, without prejudice to any damages.

For a return, write to us from the Contact page with the order number. Refunds are made with the payment method used, or by bank transfer for cash on delivery.

Products remain covered by the legal guarantee under Law No. 09-03 of 25 February 2009 on consumer protection and the suppression of fraud.

10. Liability

We do our best to keep the website available and its information accurate, but cannot guarantee that it will never be interrupted or contain errors. We are not liable in case of force majeure or misuse of a product, or for damage caused by inaccurate information given by the customer.

11. Use of the website

You may not use the website fraudulently, place fake orders, try to access other customers’ accounts or disrupt the service. We may suspend an account that breaks these rules. The website’s texts, images and logos are protected and may not be reused without permission.

12. Personal data

The data collected to process your orders is described in the privacy policy, in accordance with Law No. 18-07 of 10 June 2018.

13. Complaints and governing law

For any complaint, write to [to be completed : contact email] or use the Contact page; we answer as quickly as we can. These terms are governed by Algerian law. Failing an amicable settlement, disputes go before the competent Algerian courts.
